I hane Roxio creator & MYDVD 9.0 DE I cant save DVD's to my hard drive or burn copys from a hard copy to a Writablr disc? what do U think is up?

You have a stripped down Dell version of the software, but that isn't your problem, I don't think.
The software will not copy commercial movie DVDs, because it is illegal to do so.
Are you getting an error message?
