I was wondering how I can control the length of my videos. I have a lot of programs that I videotaped that is more than two hours in length and I would like to save those to DVD.

You can start and stop recording manually, and for each time you do that have a single recorded file. Then add the multiple files into a Toast DVD-Video project.
I usually record 60 minutes at a time, then combine them within Toast.
