Are they .disc, .toast or .sd2f files? What kind of disc were you making from them in 5.2.2?
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

Not sure what kind of files they are because there is no extension. I think they are .toast files, though. They are only 8 - 24k in size, so I'm sure they only hold references to the music files (which are stored in the same folder). I was burning audio CD's from them.
Thanks for your help

Sorry, but the many additions that Toast now offers for customizing audio CDs also means it cannot read the project files (they be .disc) from your old version of Toast. You still should be able to use Toast 5.2.3 to save as a disc image or burn those audio CDs. If you save as a disc image you can drag the resulting .sd2f file into Toast 9 if you want to do crossfades or other special work before burning to CD.
