Roxio Creator & MyDVD 9.0 DE Reinstall

I accidentally uninstalled it and now I can't reinstall it because my CD drives are unable to operate. I do I reinstall?

If you've uninstalled a burning program and Windows now can't see your CD drives, please go to this Microsoft Page to correct the Windows filters.
