What does the "esd" and "(em)" after the product title mean?

The ESD is typically used to identify softwware that is delivered by downloading it (as opposed to a physical disc). Electronic Software Distribution [or something similar] is what I think it stands for.

EM on Roxio's order page. EM can mean: Electronic Media or Electromechanical Media. EM normally translates to the physical media (CD or DVD).
