I purchased Creator 2009 to convert Sony DVD’s and back then up on my computer hard drive. From there I use windows media player 11 and share the files so that I can view all my home movies on my TV down stairs through my PS3. I do the same with all my digital pictures and music.

Last week I bought a Sony HDR-XR500 handy cam.  When I transferred the AVCHD files with Roxio Creator 2009, it created mpeg files and it plays fine in Media Player 11 on my computer, audio and video.  When I view it on My TV through the PS3, there is no audio. What am I missing?
