I am trying to burn a DVD using Roxio Creator 2009 (Build 111B10E ENU), but when I play the DVD on either my PC or my home DVD system I get audio but a black screen and no video.
I am burning the DVDs on a Windows XP Home system, Version 2002, SP3 installed.
Any help would be appreciated.

Not a lot to go on…
Using your PC, can you play the disc?
How exactly are you burning a DVD? Take us through it with you, step by step and it is very important to tell us what each program is called…
(easy in Windows, it is in the title at the top of every Windows program)
