Greeting all

I'm having problems making a movie with adding text to my timeline/storyboard. I can create my titles and messages in the viewer but i can't get it on timeline afterwards. I've viewed all the tutorials on making a movie. But it is not clear like windows movie maker and other editing software.

So please help me someone with an how to step by step on creating a movie with getting text, transitions, special effect, etc onto the timeline.

I know how to get my video footage and music on the timeline and trimming it like i want.

Again i'm only having problem with getting my titles and text messages onto timeline/storyboard.

Please help me

The only reason I'm using creator ultimate is because its HD editing SOFTWARE matches my HD video camera.

Is there a complete creator ultimate how-to user manual or complete step by step video footage somewhere out there I can also view to help me?

I don't understand what you mean by "getting my titles and text messages onto timeline/storyboard." If you have added text in the viewer it automatically gets added to the text track in the timeline view.
Perhaps if you explained exactly (step by step) what you are doing?

Karri's videos cover a lot of this; mine cover a few other points.

As Walt says, a little more descriptive question would have been helpful.

Are you sure they are no there since you followed the directions or can you just not see them (e.g white text on a white background or similar.).

Hi.. I don't understand the answer that the text automatically gets entered in the timeline view. I have a similar problem to Uncle Charlie. When I try to add text, as titles between scenes, the text ends up on the scene and not as a seperate frame before the scene. I have used Pinnacle and there I could enter a description of a scene and then a transition to the scene. Can this be done with Creator 9?

Look through the videos Steve listed.

Simple to do. Insert a color panel before the scene (on the Storyline) and add the text to the internal track of the added panel.
