I've had my Roxio software for many years.  My computer was sent in for service.   On it's return I found a few of my programs locked and wanted to copy files before I reloaded programs.  WHen I tried to drag to disk the files, the computer states I cannot because I have failed to agree to the licensing agreemnets of Roxio drag to disk.....it's been installed for years and there is nothing short of uninstalling and reinstalling that I can think of, which I do not want to do if at all possible.  Is there awary around this?

Thanks

Sorry, I can't think of a way around it. sad.gif

If you tell me where you sent the computer for service I'll be very sure not to send mine there!!
