1.0.2 update won;t update, stays as 1.0
I have downloaded 5 x since yesterday and clicked on it, dragged in into apps, dragged into vhs/dvd converter and nadda, it reads a 1.0 still
i am new to mac, but haven't had this problem prior, it said drag it over the existing verision i saw listed today and that isn't updating it either
just about had it, unfortunalty looking at other apps for this many out there, alot of fuctions or quality are missing except for of course the $500 version i can't afford, i dont' want to spend more, nor should iahve to
into imovie please and how do i get this update/grade to take i already posted it wasnt' so did someone else, and there is a 1.0.3 coming for the imove by tuesay so said - all help appreciated
i disabled - typing and cognitive hard, appreciate your patience
i can't sit up long either .....
there must be an easier way, i have to lay back down, and get back up and look for responses, i saw one regarding the update and the extnesion i have that doesn;t work, tx

Cheryl, did you see my reply to your similar post? Click here to read it.
I don't know what you mean by "dragged into vhs/dvd converter." After you drag to the applications folder just release the mouse button and it should copy into that folder. It sounds like you are trying to drag it into the existing application rather than into the applications folder.
Something that might make this easier is to drag the existing Easy VHS to DVD Capture application to the Trash before copying the one from the download to the applications folder. Here is a picture of the window that has the application you drag to your applications folder:
