Install Interrupts with Error Code 0643 Can't install Creator 10

I made the mistake of downloading the latest update for my Creator 10...and it crashed my system. So I uninstalled Roxio, deleted the files, and used my original program disc to reinstall the software (I also disabled the firewall and virus protection). But I can't get through set up. Each time it stops mid-way through saying "set up was interrupted" and I get this "Error Code 0643." Naturally, I can't find anything anywhere on the Roxio site explaining what Error Code 0643 is or how to correct it. Does anyone here know the secret solution?
