Creator 2009 and Sony HDR-xr100

I have 2 different problems..first I need to know if Creator 2009 will capture video from the Sony HDR-xr100 camcorder..secondly, I have the dazzle Digital Video creator 80..can I use it to capture video..if so on either oner, how do I do it..I'm using XP pro on a Dell 8400 computer..

Just did a quick Google and that seems to be a AVCHD memory stick Pro camcorder. Technically, you don't need any software.
Connect the camcorder to the PC via the USB Cable
Turn it to the VCR or playback mode
WAIT for Windows to recognize it. You will hear some sounds.
Open My Computer and there should be another drive letter. That is you camcorder.
Double click on that drive to 'see' the files. There may be folders. Look in the folder for files with .m2ts or .mts file extensions. Those are the files you need. Just copy or move those to a folder on your hard drive (like my docs/my videos).
That's all there is to it. C2009 can now use those files.
