Windows Explorer and CD Creator 6

Every time I want to just copy or move a file using Windows Explorer it tries to use Easy CD Creator 6. I have to "X" out of it a couple of times and then it will let me copy.

Why does Windows Explorer try to use Roxio CD copier instead of just copying the file?
