When I start the program to download pictures to cd, the computer doesn't recognize that the disc is in the drive.  I called Dell to assist and the only thing they did was have me uninstall the program and reinstall it.  Not only do I still have the same problem, I lost my drop and drag feature.  Please Help!

Try the frist patch and if it doesn't work then try the second patch.

To get Drag and Drop back you will have to reinstall EMC 9. That program is not recommended to use.
