I've just upgraded to a Vista (32 bit) machine and moved (fresh install) my Easy Media Creator 9 to the new system. All appears to be working except that when I login in I get the message "RoxMMTrayApp Module has stopped working". I've done a search of the Roxio site for this message and haven't found anything. Is this serious? Is there a fix?

I tried to update to 9.1. My install CD says "Easy Media Creator 9 Suite" so I got the 9.1 file "RoxioEMCSuite9.1Updater", but when I run it I get the message:

Setup cannot find a valid version of this software to upgrade.
Please make sure that you are using the correct upgrade version.

When I first did my install of the CD the system said it was going out and getting the latest updates, so I figured it had applied whatever was necessary.

Any hints?

Thanks for the help

Likely you have an OEM version as the 9.1 Update checks for a valid 9.0 Retail version.

OEM Support comes from the supplier not Roxio. So give them a try with it.
