Windows XP Professional SP3
When I clicked on the Desktop Icon for Easy Media Creator Suite 10, the Splash Screen showed then a screen that listed all the routines. I clicked on COPY. The mouse changed to an hourglass and the system did NOT move. After a few minutes, I went to Task Manager and it said "Easy Media Creator Suite 10 -- Not Responding".
I tried the above again, and this time the system hung when the Splash Screen was on the display.
The only way to kill the screen was to do a physical POWER OFF. I could not do Task Manager--the system was hung.
Using Start/Control Panel/Add Remove, I removed all Roxio entries. Re-installed application and tried again. Same problem as above.
I don't seem to have any problems with other applications.
I appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Sam

Well the only real fix at this point would be the Clean Install – Here
I did what you suggested and still have the same problem.

Then you need to call Tech Support. Drill down through the Support button at the top.

Jim: Can you supply a phone number for Tech Support. I have been searching and can not find one. I have e-mailed them about the problem and have NOT received a reply.

Yes! Type in Magic Jack, in the search box, and you will get many hits about that program breaking Roxio programs, and other programs.
Unplug Magic Jack, when you use the Roxio software, and all should be fine.

Thank you. I unplugged MajicJack from the USB port and Roxio Creator Suite 10 worked fine. Is there a fix for this?

Why would you think that Roxio should put out a fix for the Magic Jack software?.
Many programs have problems with MJ when installed on the same computer. Contact MJ http://www.magicjack.com/techchat/

Contact Magic Jack, and asked them why they haven't got their fix done yet. They knew about the problem last year, and told one of the folks, who posted in these forums, that they would have it fixed by October of lat year.
