I'm having a really rough time trying to install Creator 2009 on my Vista 64 Bit Lenovo lap top. I searched through all the on line support topics. I followed the instructions for program removal and clean install 5 times. After the appearant good installs, when I go to launch the Creator 2009 program, the windows installer launches and is looking for RCPROD.MSI I did a 6th clean install but logged in under Administrator and installed it from there. The program loaded successfully and runs under the Administrator log in. When I reboot and use my regular log in, the same windows installer / RCPROD.MSI error happens. I'm on a domaine at work with many users and can't keep using the Administrator log in. I followed all the steps for a clean removal. I sent an Email to product support nearly two weeks ago and never got an answer. Can anybody help me.
