HELP! blink.gif

I've got an easy but maddening question about exporting MP3 files WITHOUT metadata attached to the audio files.  I've looked all over and am probably missing a simple option that disables it upon conversion, but for the life of me I can't figure it out!

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!

Try this:

Do you have the RoxWatch or Media Manager Services icon in your system tray? If so, right click the icon and select the option to stop watching the folders. If neither icon is on the system tray, open Media Manager and look for that option there. The process should stop creating that metadata information.
