Popcorn 2.0.2 crashes on start up. I am using Mac OS 10.4.11 System. I have cleaned out all files and reinstalled several times. It still doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas. Do I need to upgrade to 3? Thanks for the help.

Check to see if you have any Xvid codecs in your Library>Quicktime folder. If so, put it in the Trash. If you have the perian codec (perian.org) you don't need the xvid codec and it causes Popcorn to crash.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

You were right. I had Perian Codec in my User Quicktime Library and there was Xvid Codecs in my Main Quicktime Library. I removed the Xvid Codecs and restated my computer and Popcorn worked.

Thanks A Lot For Your Help! I would have never figured out that one.
