CD Key Not Recognized

I have the downloaded exe file,  but when it ask for  a serial number it will not accept the cd key that is registered on the Roxio site for my order.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the thread that you hijacked!  Don't do it again.  It is poor forum etiquette.

You need to explain a little background, because your post means nothing without some more information.
