I have upgraded to Creator 2009 - have been using other versions for about 3 years so I know the software and for the life of me can't figure this out.
I go through the steps of importing a video from my computer I already had - add the menu...and burn it to DVD - everything seems to go well but when I go to playback all there is is the menu - I see the entire video encoding during the burn session and it seems to be buring everything but the only think you can access is the menu - when you try to enter or click forward it stays on the menu.
I am baffled - I am sure it is a small setting but I check everything I know.

After 3 years you should be able to tell us what program you are using 
I don’t understand what you are doing by “import” and "add a menu"???
The software doesn’t work like that. You capture or copy/import video files to your HDD on your PC.
You open MyDVD or MyDVD Express and Add files to it. It creates the menu…
Isn’t that what you are doing?
You also have a chance to Preview, what happens there?
