There's no preview available in the Audio > Import > Rip part of the Home application.
It's a simplified Sonic module for ripping the tracks you select when you put your CD into the drive. If you haven't decided beforehand which tracks you want to rip, rip them all and delete unwanted ones afterward.

Use Rip-Advanced instead and there is a preview.
This app will let you rip from multiple drives but will still work with just one.
Go to Music-Audio,Import,Rip-Advanced.

I'm afraid that you'll find the Multiple Audio CD ripper only allows you to rip entire CDs, and you can only 'postview' tracks after you have ripped the entire CD. There's no preview.
