Hello, I've been reading the posts and have the 'hp cue status has stopped working' problem, but I didn't realize that my Quicken no longer updates after the Roxio install also. 3 hours on support with Quicken they told me to uninstall Quicken and Roxio and see if I can reinstall if I do it in reverse. They have no other tips for me
Before going through all that, I was wondering if anybody else has found that their Quicken has stopped updating after install?
Thanks in advance.

Try uninstalling Back on Track if you installed it and if you are not using it. Perhaps there is some interference with the folders. Read this.
Also use the search engine at the top of this page. There were several threads that mention Quicken but too many for me to read through and post; especially since I don't know what errors you are getting. There may be something there for you to use.
OOPs, I just realized it has been almost a month since this was posted. I hope the OP found an answer before this.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
