I installed creator 2009 and it won't launch. I unistall and reinstalled the program and it still won't launch. What can I do to get it to work properly.

Not enough information. Did you get any error messages? Can you launch the program from the Windows Start Programs lsiting?
What computer do you have? Does it exceed the minimum specifications? Did you have your anti-virus on when you did the first install?
Use the clean install procedure, scroll down to get the XP instructions; don't skip any steps. Print it off so you can make sure.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
