I have creator 2009 special edition and I am trying to create a photo project for the first time. When I try to select an album, I receive the prompt, "Insert the content CD labelled into a CD/DVD and click retry".
Two CDs came with my creator. One is the installation disk and the other is video capture CD. I have tried both and there is no content on either.
Any help would be appreciated before I send this program back to the store. Thanks

The install should be a DVD and not a CD.  It should have the content on it.  Put that in your DVD reader when you get the prompt and then point to it is asked.

Go to Windows Start Control Panel and Add or remove programs.  Look down the list.  Do you see the Roxio Creator Content listed?  If so, it was installed but perhaps your antivirus didn't allow the proper registration of all the files that needed to go into the registry.  You may be able to fix this by trying to reinstall (with the anti-virus off) or you may need to do a full install.  Come back after you tried the reinsatall without the uninstall and let us know if that worked
