I'm getting the Emc 10 Error message. I tried the Hot Fix.zip file but it tells me I have an authorized disc. It doesn't correct anything. I've already tried the Clean Install instructions. This is ridiculous. I bought this software back in May and still can't get it to install. Is Roxio offering a return policy? I'd like to get either a corrected install disc or my $100 back.

The Hotfix is the only thing that will fix the ‘EMC 10 - Content” error…
Do the Clean Install as Dave recommended up to the end when Install starts.
Then copy your DVD onto your HDD and try the install from there. You should still have all startup item disabled at this point so there should not be any interference this time.

If the hotfix doesn't work, PM me. There is another work around for this message.

Guitarzan hasn't been back in 10 days.
If you really have another workaround, why not just post it, now?
