Whenever I boot up, or start any module od Creator 2009 Ultimate. Windows Intaller tries to run Update Manager (UM.MSI) My software was downloaded, and I am running SP4. It keeps restarting and I mus cancel at least 10 times to get it to cancel. I have searched on my machine dor UM.Msi to no avail. Help!!!

Just go ahead and do the Clean Install that is linked in the pinned post at the top of this forum.
It is tedious but should clean up whatever didn’t go right the first time.
