Creator 9 will not acknowledge CD Key # that was purchased and came with program. It has always excepted it whenever I needed to reinstall the program in the two and a half almost three years I.ve owned it. I also have Creator 8.2 XE and 10. I have them all registered with there CD Key #. When I signed into my account all my software's were listed but the Key # to creator 9 was not the same as what I registered and whets Listed on the back of the sleeve that the disk came in. The other two are correct. I tried discussing it with Roxio and they sent me a e-mail stating the only handle current program support. That If I wanted I could contact some site that charges you by the minute to help you. So! I don't understand and I don't know what to really do. Thetas crazy charging $7 a min just to give some input. Any advise?

Then don't register, your old version is not supported by Roxio anyway(as are you other version's).
