Re install error error

When boot the computer, I get a message that Windows is configuring Roxio Media Experience.. The I get an error message "A network error has occurred while attempting toreasd the file C:\
docume~1\family\LOCALS~1\Temp\pft3.tmp\l6a85.msi. I can cancel this several time and it will eventually stop. When I reboot later, it starts over again. Any suggestions
