How do I convert AVI to DVD with menus and chapters? Easy DVD Copy 4

I recently, today, bought easy DVD Copy 4 because the salesman said I could convert AVI to DVD with menus and chapters with this software. I am unable to locate any menu for building chapters and such? Also, can I burn already converted movies to DVD from using another software like convertx2dvd?
