I bought a Dell computer and it came with Roxio Creator Trial Version. I bought the whole Version. I clicked on the buy now and I got it from Roxio. This was May 2007. My computer has since crashed and it was fixed by Dell. Now when I try to use the Roxio creator I get a message saying the Trial Version has expired. I want to reinstall it. I have the key. I did not buy from the estore. I can not find out where to download it and use my existing key to open it. Can someone please tell me where I can download it again. Thank you

I take it that you didn't bother to burn your download to disk or back it up. If you bought it from Roxio then give customer service a call. Don't be surprised if they refuse to give your another download.

It looks like Dell used Norton, McAfee, or a registry cleaner to clean up your PC. One of them killed your EMC 10. Call Dell for assistance in getting you a new version of the software, from Roxio.
Try Brendon's fix, here, first:

Calincal,
Bruce has given you the correct link for Easy Media Creator 10 where you posted your message [thanks Bruce], but from what you have said it looks like you have Version 9, not 10.
Version 9 gives you the "Trial expired" message when it runs into trouble. Version 10 just stops dead with no error message.
Please try the version 9 fix, mentioned HERE.

Thanks, Brendon. I couldn't remember for sure, whether or not the Trial Expired was in EMC 10, too. I do remember it, very well, in EMC 9.
