Since installing drag to disc shows No recorder and when you try to assign disc it pops up new window about the recorder is busy. I have downloade, unzipped and run the px engine, restarted system and no change. Any ideas?

There are two burning systems used in old Sonic/Roxio software [only one system in the new versions].
Drag-to-disc uses one, and Creator Classic or burning from the home application uses the other. D2D doesn't use the PX engine.
Uninstall Drag-to-Disc. Later versions have dropped it so you won't be missing anything. Use unformatted discs with Creator and you should be fine.
