I create images for my work. We have several models which have Roxio as part of their OEM. I create a universal image and run a script on the first boot up to install the correct drivers and software via installation packages. I have created an installation package on the model (HP 5750) which uses Roxio 9 bassic. When installed, the software works fine. After I apply the installation package to the same computer (after an new re-image), I get the following error: The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it. I have no issues with the lightscribe software or the drag to disk. There are no errors in event viewer to point towards this. The universal image uses the same volume ID for the hard drive. I have found no information on the internet or have had no support for this from email. Does anyone have any ideas as to what would cause this error or at least what direction I should look into.
Thank you

Turn off your e-mail spam blocked for Roxio; that is probably where your replies are.  Have you contacted the Volume Licensing department to see if they can help?
