I have a Dell Optiplex that came preinstalled with Roxio Creator Plus on it. Up until recently it has worked fine to copy a DVD. Now it Locks up and you have to go to task manager to get it to close. Any ideas? It also won't copy to the hard drive. Its like it doesn't even see the source DVD!
