I'm trying to convert some avi files to play on my zune, which uses wmv format. When I follow the instructions in the help section it tells me to use the Disc copier. When I do this it only allowing me to copy a DVD or CD. When I click the convert video option under the Video section of the main menu it just opens the Disc Copier program.

I was able to do this before I just can't remember how.

Can someone please help me?

Thank you

When you open Disc Copier, click on the Video Compilation tab, NOT the CD & DVD Copy tab.

If you click on the Roxio icon, on your desktop, then click on Applications, you should see Disc Copier, in the list of programs on the left side, under Applications. Is that the program you used?
