I must have wasted about 15 DVD's trying to convert a PAL based data file to NTSC file using different means but without success. I am rather told to buy another roxio program called DVd convert. Copy is always converted but will not paly in any DVD player. Converted DVD does play on PC and does show that it has chnged its configuration. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. I have treid this conversion using windows XP as well as XP professionsl. I was told to do the same by a roxio support personal but that was also not helpful as i was told to do certian things that do not exist in creator 2009 Ultimate program.

By the way I did find out that you can convert pal to ntsc using nero8 or nero9. I have not done that myself but a very close friend of mine was able to convert my Pal file. I will appreciate any help either from any member or roxio support.

What program are you using? You mention something called DVD Convert as well as Creator 2009 Ultimate? Which are you you using? Exactly how are you doing the conversion? Some details would be helpful. Simply converting the PAL file to NTSC and burning that file to a DVD only creates a DVD that a computer can play but it will not play on DVD players.
What video format is your PAL file?
