I too am having problems using Disk Copy in Creator 2009.  I ahve only one drive so it has to read and copy the mater disk to the hd.  However, the program frezes up during the the initial read and copy process.  I read your dilema looking for answers to mine.

In your other post you stated you have reinstalled EMC 10 and were using that?

You really need to do the Clean Install procedure and follow it to the letter! (print it out and go through it line by line)

Then if the problem still exists, post the specific details as well as your PC Specs.
