I reformatted my computer, but before I did this,I had an update that gave me new transitions that were great, such as randoom transitions, page turning, etc. When I reinstalled there was no updates for this ,only Service Pack 4. How do I get the updated transitions back? I emailed support and they tell me there are no updates except Service Pack 4. I am telling you that I had this update and wasn't seeing things. Somebody please help me here? The transitions are in the video wave area
Thanks- - -confused Bob

1) Do you have retail version of Roxio Creator 2009? If not what is the name of your software and the version number?
2) When you reinstalled, did you install the Content file as well?
3) Open Videowave and select Tools|Options. Check the circle beside Hardware. Now check if those transitions are available now.

You probably installed both the content and software the first time.

This time it sounds like you just installed the software.

Just install the content and restart your computer. This should put all the extra features back onto your computer.

There were no updates that included any new transitions. All transitions are included in the original install as long as you also installed the contents disc/file. If any "new transitions" suddenly appeared after an update then most likely the update "repaired" a faulty install.
