Hi, this is frustrating because this has never happened before. After a Hard Drive Wipe/Reformat I reinstalled my SonicCinePlayerDVDDecoderPackv2.31_SDD.exe as usual and put in the CD-Key from my order page to activate the product. For some odd reason when I enter my CD-Key to activate the product, the box hangs for a while like their having server issues and I get a message that pops up saying, "The purchase ID specified has already been used to install the Sonic CinePlayer DVD Pack on another machine.

Is there a solution to this problem? I emailed the support but I'm skeptical they will provide any help, so I have come to these forums in hopes that I can fix this issue.

What number should I call besides technical support?

The sonic customer support page says they no longer give support for Legacy products; however, I think this issue with my CD-Key needs a different kind of support other than troubleshooting. I still have a two year extended service plan for Downloading the dvd decoder.
