When I'm in the middle of installing the Creator 2009 Service Pack I get the message: "Cannot delete target file C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\11.\SharedCOM\RoxMediaDB11.exe"

Any help will be appreciated.

Well, I uninstalled 9 and something's broken.  Now, when I run copy and convert and select the drop-down menu to browse for a disc image, it crashes.  Windows gives me the standard "Roxio VideoConvert has stopped working" and I get the following event log:

Event ID: 1000
Faulting application VideoConvert11.exe, version 11.1.0.14, time stamp 0x49416191, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6002.18005, time stamp 0x49e03821, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00066fcf, process id 0x1614, application start time 0x01ca0fec2e403cf7.

I tried uninstalling 2009, reinstalling, and re-applying sp4, to no avail.  Any ideas?  Running 32-bit Vista Home Premium, SP2.

Steve
