angry.gif I installed DVD disc 1 (program & content), it seemed to go great, but when I went to get into it I got an error message to file a report with windows.
This happened ever time .  I then found that the program was all ready 4 revisions behind.  I just bought it new yesterday from Office Depot.
Also when I went to install the DVD disc 2, it told me to go to control panel, but did not tell me what to do next.  I am very LOST and very UPSET and need
help.  I'm 72 years old and may be too old to deal with this.  Does anyone out there have a step by step precedure to help me out?

Your software is the current program.  It is NO versions behind.

What error message did you get, and what did you click on when you got it?

The message just said that the program would have to close down and to send a report to windows.  It was when I clicked on the roxio icon on my desktop.
Thanks alot for your interest, I hope you can help me.
