When starting a photo project, i.e. create a calendar, Creator 2009 (Photo Project Assistent) asks to insert the "Roxio_Content" installation CD. Since I bought a download version I don't have any CDs.
The contents is however installed but the Assistent does not seem to recognize it.
Is there any way to overcome this deadlock situation (keep aksing for CDs where none are) ?

How do you know the Contents were installed? Did you actually install them?

There were 2 downloads – program & content. Both have to be run.

Yes, I did. When I try to install them again, the systems replies that it only can be done via Control Panel. All of the Contents install executable (I unzipped using WinZip) is on my harddisk in the directory where I also have all of the programs of Roxio Creator 2009. All the DMSP files are on the installed Roxio directory on my harddisk.
I made twice a DVD of the contents, labelled it "Roxio_Content" (as indicated in the request) and "Roxio Content CD" (as named in earlier version of Roxio), but Roxio does not recognize them either as valid installation CDs.

I had this problem occur several times. Only a clean install would fix it. Then I found the problem was created every time I ran my Registry Mechanic. If after running Registry Mechanic and the Contents disk prompt returns, I go back to Reg Mech and restore it to its previous condition and voila! Roxio stops asking for the Contents disk. It appears we have to be careful what we change in our registry cleaners because they are sometimes causing the problems with Roxio. I run Roxio 2009 Ultimate on Windows XP Professional. Hopes this clue helps.
