Hi,
I had my computer reprogrammed and now i need to reinstall all my programs. The problem is i've lost the sleeve to my easy media creator 10 suit cd. i have the box/recipt/booklet....but i cant find the serial number on them. Help plz!!! thank you.

If you registered your software, go to the main Roxio website, click on My Account, sign in, and you should see a list of all the Roxio products that you registered, and the serial number will be listed.
There may not be a space, after the 10 for Easy Media Creator 10, so the 10 is not part of the serial number.

For future reference, whenever I receive a CD that has an associated Serial Number, or installation key, I always write that number right on the label side of the disc, first thing, so the two are always together.
