video copy and convert does not work at all never has in creator 9.  Never has I wated over a hundred bucks on a piece of poorly designed software.  I reinstalled Roxio 8 and it works fine.  Roxio has sent me all these steps I should take and none of them work for Creator 9.  I think they know its a piece of crap and will not be up front about it and refund my money. I may have to take this to court as I am adamant I will get my money back from them.

Creator 9 (if that is what you have) has been out of production for 2 years and is no longer supported.
