I have the following software...

Roxio Easy CD and DVD Burning
Version: 9.0.554

I have two issues...

1) I am trying to burn a DVD (backing up movies) but it comes up with an error saying that "one or more files contain AC3 Audio, which is not supported in this version of the product. The audio will be replaced with silence." Shouldn't this version be able to do this task? If I need a different version, what is it?

2) When I go to actually burn the DVD it just sits there on 0% and does nothing.

Can someone please help... Ron

Hello Ron,

[1] This version of software is crippled, and won't do what you want. Please see this topic.

[2] No Roxio software is allowed to copy protected [commercial] DVDs. It's a criminal breach of the DMC Act in the USA, where Roxio is based.

That's why we can't discuss or help you with software or ways to breach the Digital Millennium Copyright Act on this support board. If you want to break the law, you'll need to try somewhere else.

Thank you for respecting our position.
