- Did enough clean install steps to make my eye's hurt now - 4 redownloads - many uninstalls - reinstall's, i'm just confused now and I dont know what to do!!!

they are both running windows vista 64.

On my Laptop it installs all the extra "applications" under:

startup -> All programs -> Roxio - Applications

- back on track home
- cineplayer
- creator classic
- label creator
-media manager
-music disc creator
- mydvd
-photosuite
-sound editor
-video copy & convert
-video wave

On the Main computer (one i use) now install just installs:

{ startup -> All programs -> Roxio - Applications }

- backon track home
- Cineplayer


so you can see my confusion here! btw yes same install that i downloaded 4 times over already, and yes again i did the clean install steps soo many times already to no avail!

Call tech support and have them go through it with you.
