Does Roxio have any products that run in Linux, not under Wine, that do the equivalent of Drag to Disc?

Is there a program with a GUI for creating/modifying UDF in Linux
Or does this have to be done via a, ugh!, command line?

Oh no, I lost my data again !
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
