I love Toast's manual crossfading and can't seem to find a similar app for PC....a Roxio tech said Creator '09 has the same feature as Toast...but posting up here now just to make sure before spending the money...since there's no demo to test it out.

Is the crossfading feature the same in Creator as it is in Toast..where you can manually set your own points and stuff as in the picture I attached from Toast?

Not even close !  blink.gif   I think it is better in Toast; easier in Creator 2009.

There are two possibilities in Creator 2009.  Edit Audio (Sound Editor) and Make Audio Projects.  Below are images from both.

Sound editor:

Make Audio Discs

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

It is, once you try it.  It looks worse than what it is.  I find the Toast version more intimidating. (ever after watching the video). unsure.gif

Note if you buy direct from Roxio, you have a 30 day money back guarantee.  You can get the standard for $50 and the Ultimate for $70..

ah..didn't know about 30 day money back...that makes it a lil easier.

Once you know the key-shortcuts in Toast and make a few custom mix cds...dragging clips, volume sliders and previewing audio  of what the crossfade sounds like is sooo simple

Thanks for the money back info...will def take a look!
