I installed Creator 2009 from disk. I downloaded Service Pack 4. I tried to install service pack 4 and after the install of sp4 starts I get the error message, "Software Not Found." What do I need to do?

You don’t have 2009 fully installed.

Uninstalled. Ran Clean-up. Just like the instructions suggested. I've done that 10x's. Still unable to install Roxio. I have a brand new HP Pavilion, with Intel Processor and 6G ram.
There has to be another reason why I can not install Creator 2009.
