Like so many others, I am incredibly frustrated trying to install EMC 10 on my new laptop. I have a Toshiba Satellite A305 with Vista Home Premium, SP2. I have tried all of the suggestions I have been able to find here so far. I first tried downloading from the web site since I purchased teh option to redownload. However, I received the "installation interrupted" message. I then performed an uninstall as directed here and tried from the back up disk (after finally finding it!). I thought I finally had a clean install as the program actually opened. However, now every time I click on a component, a message pops up that windows needs to configure the program. It goes through this over and over and over.... Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?
